UK standard delivery is charged at £5.00 for any order less than £250

UK orders over £250 are delivered free of charge

Channel Islands delivery is charged at £20.00

Deliveries are by Royal Mail or our nominated courier and will require a signature on receipt
PO Box and BFPO addresses cannot be accepted for delivery.
R E T U R N S
We take every care to try and ensure that you are delighted with your Peter Johnston purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us in writing within 7 days and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of goods unused and in its original undamaged packaging and in perfect saleable condition , we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund excluding the delivery charge. We will consider the overall condition of the product before we make a refund and please note that refunds can only be made to the cardholder. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that product is packed and labeled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned safely to us. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we highly recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.
